With over 20 years’ experience in Family Law, including as a former Partner at a leading Oxfordshire firm, Katie Phillips brings deep expertise in complex divorce, financial remedy, and children law cases. Starting as a secretary back in 2007, Katie moved on to becoming a paralegal, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, and Partner, 18 years later.
Today, as Head of Family Law at LEAP Legal Software, she combines the practical legal experience she has gained over the past two decades in practice with a passion for innovation, helping family law firms harness technology to work smarter, enhance client care, and navigate the evolving justice system.
Fun fact: Katie will be running the 2026 London Marathon in support of the Royal British Legion!
