By purchasing a ticket for Bridging the Gap 2026, you agree to the following terms:
Registration
All registrations must be completed through the official booking process. Tickets are valid only for the named attendee unless formally transferred.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please notify the organisers in advance to update delegate details.
Programme Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or schedule where necessary.
Event Delivery
While every effort is made to deliver the event as advertised, the organisers are not liable for changes beyond their control.
Liability
The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during the event, except where required by law.
Photography & Media
The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in event photography or recordings used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the organisers in advance.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment. Any behaviour that disrupts the experience of others may result in removal from the event without refund.
Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be liable for failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions or travel disruption.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All ticket purchases for Bridging the Gap 2026 are non-refundable.
Due to the upfront costs associated with venue hire, catering and event delivery, we are unable to offer refunds if you are no longer able to attend.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please notify us in advance with the updated delegate details so we can amend registration records.
In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organisers, a full refund or transfer option will be offered.
We strongly recommend that delegates arrange appropriate travel and accommodation insurance where required.
