Helen Anthony

Helen Anthony is the Chief Executive Officer of the Family Mediation Council (FMC). She is a non-practising solicitor, and has a background in family law and policy development, including working on out of court dispute resolution in personal injury, defamation and other civil law contexts.

In her role for the FMC, Helen advocates for increased access to family mediation, liaising with the government and other stakeholders, and supports the Family Mediation Standards Board in developing and implementing the FMC’s system of self-regulation for family mediators.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Helen watching rugby, at a pub quiz or with her head buried in a book.
